Students require phone to study, Everything comes on phone now! I don't think they can either leave phone or can study without them for long. They'll do this for suppose 2-3 days, then on 4th day they'll get bored. Repeat rates will be very low.

Firstly public park is managed by the area MLA or any government officials and why are investing in that property where you will get zero return but I would like to suggest you one thing that you can introduce soler charging chairs, where people can sit and charge their Mobile easily and you can charge your chair with the help of sun ligh .

Parks are funded and run by government in loss. Goodluck getting so much realestate and wasting it.

You have improve the book reading experience in your park libraries in terms of the environment to make people gravitate towards the park libraries. Just like starbucks

When students taking break that means they want to spend some time with other activities like, chatting with friends, fun joks, phone calls, to eat some snacks etc, basically break time may between 30 to 45min, I think this time is not enough for a person study about a topic. This is my view 🙂

Nice idea but since today reading index and intrest according to survey is declining drastically you can change instead of a library in public places like park you mentioned you can put a small shop or atm like machine where you send your file and it gets printed and you can read siting there instead of reading it from screen,or going to a nearby photocopy shop or if you found any interesting article scrolling in park and want to read it you can print and enjoy reading . Since today awareness for screen time is increasing and mostly people use mobiles for latest news and other things so it would be great they would come to park and could enjoy some time they can search for a book or latest news article get it printed immediately and read and enjoy with connecting to nature and enjoy environment of park , but still some are too noisy
