Tough if you think of catering to all religious practices of final rites and legalities from day one which, logically, no one would. Easier if you even keep the final rites absolutely out of it. Just get the legalities and paperwork done and let the family take care of the final rites and then after a few such closures you can explore whether you have enough bandwidth to try getting the final rites done correctly. What he mentioned as his idea is the final goal of the company would do, think of it in terms of walking a mile, take a step towards it instead of doing everything all at once then it’s quite doable. This is needed, someone should work on it.
