So I will get to the point straight away. I want to start a business. I have identified a major area where I could. Education/Content creation : I am sure of soon joining one of IIM B or IIM C, so here I have some branding already. My idea is to make lectures/videos on not so talked about topics that I will learn from my MBA . My communication skills are good but I will for sure improve here. But the major challenge here is that this segment is extremely competitive and already many players are there. Please do suggest a strategy how to to go about it. And also how to monetize this idea to make it a secondary source of income or even primary if it goes well :)

I think you should proactively start a service from your end and leverage your qualification. Add some services, iim preps ke liye. Secondly get those few in whatever price you can, get testimonies, put it as videos on yt, as how you’ve helped them. Finally upload those same lessons as you’re yt content. With a lil push this will be big. After that you can decide whether you’re happier with yt revenue streams or want to expand it to a website or app.

Yes its competitive but understand good teachers will always be in demand, and will never go out of scope, People will look coming for you, if you have good teachers. Lastly good teachers is the key, coz many have experiences and knowledge but unable to teach. Please think about it.
