It is very difficult to find mentors who want to share their journeys with others or mentor others. Most of these will be influencers and they will be over the top. Getting a good mentor who can understand the individual and mentor will be the biggest challenge. Good mentors take time to understand the person and then suggest. Whereas you will find a lot of people who will just join the platform to make a few extra bucks but will not really be of any help. Probably you will first have to train the mentors themselves in behavioural sciences so that they provide a realistic approach. After all everyone is different and what works for one person, doens't necessarily work for the other.

Yeah , good pov orly. It is most important to find good mentors having helping mentality. But we are working on it.

I spent more time asking what to do than doing. Too many mentors give no clarity. If you are “Overvaluing Advice”, you are “Undervaluing Action” Pick mentors who understand your exact stage. Not all advice is of use.
