Depends, if it has arises due to something that is my fault, I’d even apologize and try to mend the relationship back again, as once you have found your co-founder, its pretty difficult to get that sync back with someone random again. The thing is that I’ve actually seen this happening, and people laughing out here in the comment section have no idea what goes on at that very moment for the whole company and the vision that you were living with or were dreaming about, thankfully I was not involved per se, but our jobs got into jeopardy. As these disputes create an imaginary divide amongst management and leadership and so on like a house of cards.
