Well I'll highly suggest you to focus on the ways of teaching the kids which must be synchronised with their physical activity and environmental and actual factors... And there are literally many more things you can do to improve your school's condition but mister I find being practicle while teaching and making learning an activity rather than a quota more promising before investing in tech . Because I have seen the best schools of Bihar and they all have huge quality tech but I end up finding students of tier 3 school ( and government school at times too ) to be way more creative and hungry to learn more
