In trust we don't have funds and in school we don't have student, But there is scope get upto 500 - 600 students. The school is tech wise too backward and they didn't have most of access. It might take a while, you need to get stronger in atleast any one filed. Either you should have funds or students or technology and staffs. Somehow manage to get stronger in one of those and your school will have a stable growth.

Instead of hiring teachers, set up a projector,buy some online classes like pw etc (they're cheap), and just keep a person to monitor over the children whether they are paying attention or not
