Hi Everyone I have created a MVP of an E-commerce website "Plumbpigen". Plumbpigen is an user-facing platform for plumbers to order plumbing items, manage commissions, handle returns, accept or decline orders and delegate orders via image uploads. The orders can be transferred to any of store partner that registers with us. (Any user can use this to order plumbing items). I also have an internal tool called Nest which is integrated with plumbpigen and can only be accessed by employees. It helps in operations, including onboarding, order management, inventory tracking, transferring order to store partners and commission processing. You can use 1234567890 (Mobile Number) to login into Dummy account. Please let me know what are your thoughts on this and if I can add or improve anything in this business model. Note: the website might take some time to open since I have not deployed it for public as it will cost me and this is just an idea I'm working upon
