Your type of people never offended me..i share idea here so that i can be re corrected here only. And second thing is no need of promotion of app like we use smart watch customer needs to install this. And for every old person their is a younger person or a care taking person exist.he will do it so if he/she goes out of house for work/doing job their parents/related person can take medicine on time

I agree to your point but most of people take medication bythemselves You have market for this product but your target customer base is low In my opinion you should look other players who are providing these feature And you should copy them with some changes in your product And take this positively and make it succeed
