I feel he can go for subscription and advertisement model both ( taking thought of disney+hotstar ) - upto a level of material adv model and beyond materials could be accessed only on subscription and also he could give various different fees on different packages of materials but maybe scalability can be an issue , cause after maturity stage in product life cycle it would be difficult to expand ( that's what i feel) .
