Office parties- A neccesary evil? I am tired of others being favoured in office because they are regular to office parties/manager parties at other places. It wasn’t ever mentioned while joining that you have to socialise to get preffered over others

Yep really pathetic when you are forced for activities you don't like in the name of team bonding.
