I think so, yes, for example look at Zoho, start with a small set of local customers, take their validation , Make the ease of navigation easier, by noting on which features are working better than others. Then approach a big client, and yes it’s definitely long term and valuable. Think about the millions of small businesses which can’t afford these tools.
