Guys, I am building micro saas applications for my friends' small businesses and services who weren't able to afford the current applications in the market. Can I continue doing this ? Would I be able to help people out there who really need such applications but can't afford it? If yes, would this still thrive in the long run?

It depends on what services you trying to provide through your product. If it’s solving SMEs problems then yeah you have a huge market opportunity like India . Try to address the problem rather than lowering the price for your product. Ultimately you will learn how to build a SaaS product . So it’s good deal . All the best

I think so, yes, for example look at Zoho, start with a small set of local customers, take their validation , Make the ease of navigation easier, by noting on which features are working better than others. Then approach a big client, and yes it’s definitely long term and valuable. Think about the millions of small businesses which can’t afford these tools.
