I think it varies. It’s a service at the end of the day. It’s not their fault there is some inconvenience on the road. PLEASE UNDERSTAND. In the name of delivery charges, you guys pay close to nothing. In US, it’s mostly more or equivalent to the order price. So let’s not rant about it and try to think technically. Just like life services have inconsistencies too. Move on.
