The margin gain would be for medical stores not for you. Your earnings shall be in delivery fee you'll charge. Your per unit should be above 500rs which is not in case of medicine and they are not frequently ordered item as well. In age of quick commerce no company selling drugs online takes more than 8 hours to deliver. Please do your research well. All the best
