Do you know the price of operating cost of one cloud kitchens in every 5 km in every city of India. What about constancy of daily orders If you go with ev then what about Bike cost Battery cost Daily electricity cost Maintenance cost Delevery boy cost Handling cost And one more thing delivery cost will be automatically low when 50% vechiles of India will be electricity operated and if you really want to try then you have to invest large amount of money in high risk because currently EVs are not 100% reliable and secure ..still they are in trial period
