You can search for people who are interested in it as yours with devs skill, can work on it jointly.
And take help of nocode or AI to build code part by part as per requirements, although I didn't tried it till now?

Most important time is differ for everyone although they are in same room at same moment
With the coming of devin ai, everyone is afraid and have mixed reviews about it.
But ig its not as good as to replace the devs.
They just seem to have a great marketing strategy.
