I have joined a startup named indibuyz in january and now from few days there is no communication from founders side also my salary is due for 2 months what should i do in such a scenario what to do now

Why not try and quit or apply somewhere else. Totally depends on which city you are based in
Will the winner progress be checked by Medial after giving prize money? To make sure they are not spending money on somewhere else?

Why don't you try to make the profile section like the bento ui style and grid style with minimal touch and based upon your theme, just try it out and iterate

Why wouldn’t Medial team think like this?
Introduce in such a way that when user paste a link in medial which is from twitter or somewhere else, it shows the pop up of the display picture of the web video or image or the post whatever it is.
