I have voted for the Play Store but it depends on your product type. If your product is more towards the B2C then it's good to go with Play Store as lots of crowd still don't check their system/laptop on daily basis and even many still don't have one If your product is more towards B2B go with Web as in corporate users have to sit on their dedicated systems and have to work over that system
