The fact that Zepto gives free delivery on minimum orders of 99 or 199 while Blink It has 299 doesn't seem to justify the difference in my opinion. Zepto's average order value is lower than that of Blink It or insta Mart. The issue with this pass is that they now have to offer an extra 10–20% discount with a lower minimum order amount, which means they will have to incur costs on both sides. From a managerial standpoint, they may be considering using custom to prevent switching to another comparator, which they consider to be unfeasible.
