What’s that one skill that could be a game changer for anyone doing anything in life, it could be building a business, being an operator/investor, working in a company or at least in their personal lives What makes a person extremely valuable is dependent on how resourceful they are. Being resourceful is a hard and underrated skill, but what it does is something money can't buy Being resourceful can accelerate and help you execute faster on whatever you are working Being resourceful solves the cold start problem very well. Think of this, you want to partner with a big company but you don't know anyone there, See how hard it gets to crack something If you want to hire someone for a senior role, but don't have contacts for it, see how hard it gets You want to raise money or invest in a company but you don't have connections for it, it just gets hard So when you are hiring a team member, prioritise a candidate who is resourceful. Being resourceful is a component of having Good (Connections + access to data + Influence + high exposure +Digital distribution+ Breadth of knowledge)
