Yeah I was thinking the same but unfortunately I have to do my 11 and 12 from Nepal whose education is even worse in computer science field.

In nepal the data price is very high as compared to India but don't about the Wifi. You may download all study material over it and study. After that can pursue B.Tech from India, Indian government gives scholarship to study in India for Nepalese Students.
