I have an IT job with a great salary. I still feel like I am missing out on things in life. What do you think I should do? Something that involves doing more than just work.

Try building side projects that can generate revenue. Whenever you take a challenge, your mind stays driven and you stay positive overall. If you can build a tool that can generate recurring revenue of 20-30k per month, it’ll be fun plus life won’t be boring, plus you will have something more apart from work and learn something too. Who knows one of these side projects might grow to 2x your salary then you can just leave the job and keep building :D
