I would say, definitely. India is a place where purchasing a house is a proud moment for them. However i think, it would only work as a tool to help. Most of the people won't rely on it. They would just take that as a guidance.

Yes, that's why our target audience is brokers and consultants. If we can help them reduce their failure rate of closing deals by even 10%, that would be a big margin for them right.
