As a founder, having technical skills is crucial. I was able to manage and complete 60% of the work because I have those skills. Without them, it would be tough to handle situations like this when a team leaves.

1. Solve hard to solve problems ( to have a moat)
2. Solving a very boring problem. ( Eg some boring tech solutions)
3. Don't go for flashy ideas they are tough ( like Food delivery
