Bruh, Indians didnt came this long of renting a dress or even a car in many scenarios. It takes sometime to let the generational change come in. Even though you can't keep your shoe rental cost much low as you can't run you r business. So need to have a min amount of margin.most of the above middle class would definitely would own great shoes etc. so prime customers for you would be middle class but the price is very high that they can't but. The best solution in my thinking is you need to have high prices sneakers like min 1 lakh to max more. That middle class people may become your customers as per their wish they can hav ethe sneakers they want. For creating a this high capital business you definitely need a funding. So you must need atleast 1cr of initial funding for a one metro city business. You need to keep a high profit margin in begining. I hope this works. But not for large consumers but at last you can take this business potential to may be a 100 cr business. ATB
