Co-working spaces ruin your productivity. I will never understand how so many operate of of we-works and beehives. A private office space is the only way I can get my head to work.

My opinion is slightly different. I have worked both in a private office setting and co-working setting and the sheer exposure that co-working spaces like WeWork give you is unmatchable in a private setting. You meet so many people solving such diverse range of problems. It is much better for everyone’s growth.
