I have seen people getting laid off coz companies wants to cut costs n they have to struggle to get the relevant job back meanwhile loosing whatever salary they have already earned. Also salary is not the way to get rich u can't even buy a single Bugatti even if u work for 20yrs earning 80LPA a year n save every single penny.
