Hi lets discuss, Do you really think reward systems in different apps actually beneficial in long term , i have noticed after a certain period i really dont care about cashback i just want things to be more simpler , this makes the whole system complex, like zerodha does , charges money but gives the best user experience, phonepay dont promote cashbacks as paytm does . Your views !

Can you name one rewards model that has continued? Gpay, Paytm and now CRED have all used reward system to farm user activity and then ditched it when they had a strong user base. We were just an exercise that's it.
