UP, bihar produces maximum ias and ips, even then look at their position today, now due to yogi UP is somewhat in right direction, USA respected businessmen, n see where it is, n North Korea, Pakistan etc respect only aggression and criminals, n see where it is today, GJ also developed due to business culture, Indians will have to stop blind worshipping bureaucrats, n give basic respect to business ppl, otherwise nothing wil happen.
