1. 10 hr on an average 2. My type of content which has something to put value on me. 3. It just happened after spending a little time I got self realised and instead watching short content I move my self to long format which obviously boring but eventually on long term it has good affects on me and my relationships with others.

Less use of chatgpt for writing descriptions or long form sentences is good for our self. Chatgpt and other ai model should be only used when you are stuck at a point. Thats my opinion on ai.
