Hey fellow developers, I'm at a bit of a crossroads in my career and could use some guidance. I've been working as an intermediate-level developer for the past two years, collaborating with a handful of clients to create, maintain, and improve their products. It's been a great experience, but now I find myself wanting to transition into a full-time job while still keeping my freelance clients and growing my clientele for a future digital agency. Here's the dilemma: I want the stability of a full-time position, but I also don't want to let go of the clients I've built relationships with over the past couple of years. How do you manage both worlds effectively? Any advice on balancing freelance work with a full-time job and continuing to expand your client base? Any insights, experiences, or strategies you can share would be immensely helpful!
