how soon the KMP + CMP will.be adopted by decent number of developers or companies to build products ?

I think the strength of KMP is that it encourages implementing native platform UI for each platform. Shared UI is a crime imo. Android apps don't look anything like iOS apps, and neither of those look like web apps. Being able to share business logic is amazing as that's 99% always the same (and when it isn't you can implement platform specific behaviour).
