Hey I am on Medial • 1y

I would stop thinking whether it is stupid or not and try to help them to succeed. As a principle myself, I always try to remind myself of a simple math. A VC typically thinks like if I have a 5% success rate but I make a 100X on an investment. I can return 5x the fund. So the risk is very high and I believe only people with significant networth can take this risk. As this 5% is an average and so you need to expand your base enough to ensure some of your investments are hits.
