I was at 34LPA in my last job which I quit recently, took a break and the markets seem to have gone nuts? The highest offer I have received is 24LPA. Anyone else facing problems in switch?

I’m lucky in the sense that I recently got promoted and am sitting at 18LPA with two years of experience in devOps. Not moving anywhere until the bull run comes back 😼
