On Monday, early-stage funds were secured by several startups including 4baseCare, Infinyte.Club, Truva, HealthCRED, and Haldèn. 4baseCare, an oncology solutions startup, raised $6 million in a Series A funding round to enhance its product offerings and scale up operations across Asia. Infinyte.Club, a wealth management platform, raised $3.6 million in a seed round to provide its members access to private company stocks. Truva, a real estate technology platform, secured $3 million to expand its team, enhance products, and raise debt for working capital. HealthCRED, a healthcare financing startup, raised undisclosed funds to address the working capital gap in hospitals. Haldèn, a luxury men's brand, raised Rs 5 crore to expand its product range.

Proptech startup Truva raises $9 Mn co-led by Stellaris and Orios Proptech startup Truva has raised $9 million (about Rs 78 crore) in a funding round co-led by early stage venture capital firms Stellaris Venture Partners and Orios Venture Partners. Of the total capital, $7.3 million came from equity sales, while $1.7 million was raised as venture debt from Stride Ventures. The round also saw participation from angel investors including Myntra founder Mukesh Bansal, Ramakant Sharma, Aakrit Vaish, and Miten Sampat. The fresh funds will be used to expand its presence in Mumbai and enter new markets such as Delhi NCR and Bengaluru, strengthen its real estate intelligence platform, and support inventory linked working capital to scale staging, legal checks, and transaction execution, Truva said in a press release. Founded in 2023 by Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal, and Ankit Gupta, Truva provides detailed property listings with extensive insights and buyer support, including assistance with financing, paperwork, and registration. The startup also offers features such as natural light scores, noise ratings, 3D tours, and high quality photos and videos. According to Entrackr’s annual report, proptech startups raised $368 million across 31 deals in 2025, accounting for 2.82% of the total fundraising during the year. Truva said it operates across seven micro markets in Mumbai, having acquired homes worth over Rs 500 crore and sold more than Rs 300 crore worth of resale inventory to over 200 buyers and sellers. The company reported six fold year on year growth and aims to surpass Rs 1,000 crore in annualised GMV over the next year. For the year ended March 2024, Truva generated Rs 10.88 lakh in operating revenue and reported a loss of Rs 10.30 lakh, reflecting its early stage, pre revenue operations. The company is yet to file its financial statements for FY25.

Proptech startup Truva has raised over $6.32 million from existing investors Stellaris Venture Partners and Orios Venture Partners. Truva’s board has issued 54,628 Series A Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at an issue price of Rs 10,383 per share to raise a total of Rs 56.72 crore, according to its regulatory filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC). Stellaris Venture Partners led the round with an investment of Rs 30.5 crore, followed by Orios Venture Partners, which infused Rs 26.22 crore. The fresh funds will be utilised for working capital requirements and business expansion of the company, as per the RoC filing. According to Entrackr’s estimates, Truva is valued at around Rs 284 crore ($31.60 million) on a post-money basis. Founded in 2023 by Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal and Ankit Gupta, Truva provides detailed property listings with extensive insights and support for buyers, including help with financing, paperwork, and registration. The startup also offers features such as natural light scores, noise ratings, 3D tours, and high-quality photos and videos. After the fresh allotment, Stellaris Venture Partners holds a 24.53% stake in Truva, while Orios Venture Partners owns 9.24%, respectively. The co-founders, Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal and Ankit Gupta collectively hold 54.87% stake in the company, with 18.29% each. Before this, the company had raised $3 million in a seed funding round led by early-stage venture capital firm Stellaris Venture Partners. For the year ended March 2024, Truva generated Rs 10.88 lakh in operating revenue and reported a loss of Rs 10.30 lakh, reflecting its early-stage, pre-revenue operations. The company is yet to file its financial statements for FY25.
