The Vision Pro isn’t destroying your eyes, but maybe get some eye drops

Many Vision Pro users have complained about eye strain when using the VR headset, but experts say it is not a cause for concern. The discomfort and temporary symptoms such as eye irritation and dizziness are likely due to people not blinking enough while using the device or the brain being tricked into thinking it is in motion. The eye strain can also be caused by the mismatch between the distance of the eye to the physical screen and the virtual object in focus. There is no scientific evidence to suggest that VR or other digital screens are harmful to eye health, including claims of redness and hemorrhaging in the eye. However, constant eye rubbing due to screen-related dryness can indirectly cause burst blood vessels. VR companies generally advise against children under 13 using their devices, although there is not enough research to indicate whether it negatively impacts children's vision.
