Shopify expands access to its AI-powered features to attract more businesses

Shopify has expanded the availability of its artificial intelligence-powered tools, including the Sidekick assistant and image-generation feature, to attract more users to its e-commerce platform and drive revenue growth. The editing tool can now be used on smartphones for enhancing images used in promotional materials, while access to the Sidekick chatbot has been expanded to help merchants with queries and customer behavior insights. Shopify aims to create a more integrated platform for seamless scaling of businesses. The company plans to invest in marketing following a slowdown in revenue due to uncertain consumer spending and inflation. Despite the recent decline in market value, some analysts view this as a buying opportunity, as Shopify has significant potential for growth.
