Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of Mamaearth, has reported a 13% growth in scale, while its year-on-year (YoY) profits decreased by 17% during the same period. Honasa Consumer Limited, based in Gurugram, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year (Q4 FY25). The company reported a 13% growth in scale, while YoY profits decreased by 17%. Mamaearth’s Q4 FY25 revenue from operations increased 13% YoY to Rs 533 crore from Rs 471 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full fiscal year (FY25), operating revenue increased 8% to Rs 2,067 crore from Rs 1,920 crore in FY24. The company also added Rs 20 crore from non-operating activities, tallying its overall revenue to Rs 554 crore for Q4 FY25. For FY25, total income was Rs 2,146 crore. The cost of procurement accounted for 30% of the overall expenditure, increasing 11% YoY to Rs 156 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 141 crore in Q4 FY24. Spending on employee benefits, marketing, legal, rent, and other overheads led to a 16% YoY rise in total expenditure to Rs 522 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 451 crore in Q4 FY24. Total expenses for FY25 were Rs 2,056 crore. The company reported a profit after tax of Rs 25 crore in Q4 FY25, a 17% decrease from Rs 30 crore in Q4 FY24. Profit for FY25 decreased to Rs 73 crore compared to Rs 110 crore in FY24. Recently, the company elevated Karan Bajwa and Avinash Dhagat to CXO roles, following Anuja Mishra's (CMO) resignation. Mamaearth parent’s shares closed at Rs 275, with a marketing capitalization of Rs 8,944 crore ($1.04 billion).

PB Fintech, the parent company of online insurance aggregator and brokerage platform PolicyBazaar, has released its financial results for the fourth quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q4 FY25). The company reported a 38% growth in scale, while its year-on-year (YoY) profits increased by 2.85X during the same period. PolicyBazaar’s revenue from operations surged 38% to Rs 1,508 crore in Q4 FY25 in contrast to Rs 1,089 crore in Q4 FY24, as per the firm’s consolidated financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). For the full fiscal year (FY25), PolicyBazaar’s operating revenue increased 33% to Rs 4,977 crore in FY25 from Rs 3,738 crore in FY24. The Gurugram-based company generated the largest share (87%) of its operating revenue from insurance broker services, which rose to Rs 1,322 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 915 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full fiscal year, it accounted for 86% of the revenue at Rs 4,298 crore. Besides operating revenue, the firm also earned Rs 101 crore via interest and gains from financial assets during the quarter which took its total topline to Rs 1,609 crore in the quarter ending March 2025. Meanwhile, for the full fiscal year, total income crossed the Rs 5,000 crore mark at Rs 5,385 crore. PolicyBazaar has not provided a detailed breakdown of expenses in its quarterly financial statements. However, employee benefits expenses rose by 15% YoY to Rs 508 crore. Overall, the company's total costs grew 29% to Rs 1,437 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to Rs 1,114 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full financial year ending March 2025, the firm’s total expenses rose to Rs 5,039 crore as against Rs 3,739 crore in FY24. In the end, PolicyBazaar's net profits surged 2.85X to Rs 171 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 60 crore in Q4 FY24. On a fiscal basis, its net profit spiked 5.5X to Rs 353 crore in FY25 from Rs 64 crore in FY24. PolicyBazaar is currently trading at Rs 1,796 with a total market capitalization of Rs 82,500 crore.

Ixigo released its financial results for the fourth quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q4 FY25) on Wednesday. The company reported a 72% growth in scale, while its year-on-year (YoY) profits increased by 2.4X during the same period. Ixigo’s revenue from operations surged 72% to Rs 284 crore in Q4 FY25 in contrast to Rs 165 crore in Q4 FY24, as per the firm’s consolidated financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). For the full fiscal year (FY25), Ixigo’s operating revenue increased 39% to Rs 914 crore in FY25 from Rs 656 crore in FY24. The Gurugram-based company generated the largest share (44%) of its operating revenue from train ticketing, which rose to Rs 124 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 94 crore in Q4 FY24. Flight and bus booking services contributed 30% and 23% to the company’s revenue, respectively. According to the company, its gross transaction value (GTV) grew 65% year-on-year to Rs 4,418 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25, as compared to Rs 2,685 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides operating revenue, the firm also earned Rs 6 crore via interest and gains from financial assets during the quarter which took its total topline to Rs 290 crore in the quarter ending March 2025. Ixigo has not provided a detailed breakdown of expenses in its quarterly financial statements. However, employee benefits expenses rose by 31% YoY to Rs 46 crore. Overall, the company's total costs grew 73% to Rs 263 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to Rs 152 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full financial year ending March 2025, the firm’s total expenses rose to Rs 846 crore as against Rs 628 crore in FY24. In the end, Ixigo's net profits surged 2.4X to Rs 17 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 7 crore in Q4 FY24. On a fiscal basis, its net profit decreased 18% to Rs 60 crore in FY25 from Rs 73 crore in FY24. Ixigo is currently trading at Rs 167 at the end of today’s session with a total market capitalization of Rs 6,500 crore (approximately $760 million).
