Tracxn's revenue from operations decreased marginally by 2% to Rs 21 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs 21.4 crore in Q3 FY25, its financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. Tracxn derived its entire operating revenue from subscription sales that provide access to its data and software. However, the firm did not disclose a detailed revenue breakdown for the quarter. The company also earned Rs 1.57 crore from non-operating sources. This took Tracxnโ€™s total revenue to Rs 22.6 crore in the third quarter of FY26. Founded by Abhishek Goyal and Neha Singh, Tracxn specializes in tracking startups and private companies across diverse sectors. Backed by prominent investors like Accel Partners, Peak XV Partners, and Elevation Capital, Tracxn serves subscribers in over 40 countries. On the cost side, employee benefits remained the largest cost center for the company, which accounted for 88% of its total expenditure. This expense increased by 5.3% year-on-year to Rs 20 crore in Q3 FY26. Overall, Tracxn's total costs grew by approximately 8.6% to Rs 22.8 crore in Q3 FY26. The company booked Rs 94 lakh in exceptional items due to the statutory impact of new labour codes. This led to a loss of Rs 81 lakh in the quarter compared to a profit of Rs 1.42 crore in Q3 FY25. For the first nine months of FY26, Tracxnโ€™s operating revenue stood at Rs 63.3 crore, while its losses surged over 2.6X year-on-year to Rs 5.25 crore. At the end of todayโ€™s trading session, Tracxnโ€™s share price closed at Rs 34.55. This valued the company at a market capitalization of Rs 368.6 crore ($41 million). Notably, the companyโ€™s share price declined 34% from Rs 52.6 crore in last quarter and market Capitalization of Rs 559 crore ($63 million). Tracxnโ€™s Q3 FY26 performance shows pressure on both growth and profitability. Operating revenue remained flat while costs, led by employee expenses, continued to rise, resulting in a loss. Exceptional items added to the impact during the quarter. With subscription revenue unchanged and losses widening over the nine-month period, the company needs to improve cost efficiency and revive growth to stabilise performance.

The Gurugram-based company recorded a 29.1% year-on-year increase in its revenue while its profits remained flat during the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year Q3 FY25. TBOโ€™s operating revenue increased by 29.1% to Rs 422 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 327 crore in Q3 FY24, its unaudited consolidated financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. Income from booking of hotels and packages accounted for 79.8% of TBOโ€™s revenue, which increased 44% year-on-year to Rs 337 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 233 crore in Q3FY24. Meanwhile, income from air ticketing and other allied services brought Rs 74 crore and Rs 11 crore to the firmโ€™s topline. Since hotels and packages were the largest revenue source, the service fees associated with them became the biggest cost center, accounting for 32.7% of the total expenditure, which amounted to Rs 126 crore in Q3 FY25. Its employee benefits stood at Rs 100 crore in the third quarter. Overall, the total cost was up by 36.5% to Rs 385 crore in Q3FY25 from Rs 282 crore in Q3FY24. The total cost surge outpaced the revenue, leading TBO Tek to post a marginal decrease in its profits to Rs 49.9 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 50.7 crore in Q3 FY24. On a sequential basis, its quarter-on-quarter scale slowed down by 6% while its bottom line decreased by 16.8% from Rs 60 crore in Q2FY25. TBO Tek saw around a 1% increase in its stock, which stood at Rs 1,638 (as of 04.17 PM) with a total market capitalization of Rs 17,786 crore or ($2.1 billion).

Founded in 2016, Wakefit operates as a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand offering sleep and home solutions, including mattresses, pillows, furniture, and home improvement products. Other income contributed an additional Rs 11 crore, which drove its total income of Rs 432 crore for the quarter. For the nine-month period ending December 2025, the firmโ€™s revenue increased 18% to Rs 1,145 crore from Rs 971 crore a year earlier. The companyโ€™s cost of material accounted for 49% of the total cost. This expense rose 4% to Rs 194.5 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 187 crore in Q3 FY25. Its employee benefit expense stood at Rs 43 crore for the quarter. Overall, the companyโ€™s total expense remained flat at Rs 397 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared to Rs 395 crore in Q3 FY25. Wakefit posted a profit of Rs 32 crore in Q3 FY26, as compared to a loss of Rs 2.4 crore in Q3 FY25. On a sequential basis, the companyโ€™s profit doubled from Rs 16 crore in Q2 FY26. Wakefit made a muted debut on the stock exchanges, with its shares listing flat to marginally below the IPO issue price at Rs 195 apiece, exactly at the upper end of the IPO price band. Meanwhile, on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the stock opened at Rs 194.10, a discount of around 0.5% to the issue price. Wakefitโ€™s share price is currently trading at Rs 191, giving the firm a total market capitalization of Rs 6,249 crore ($689 million).

Income from digital map data, GPS navigation, location-based services, and IoT were the primary sources of revenue for MapMyIndia, which accounted for 90% of the total collection. This revenue source increased by 32.5% to Rs 102.4 crore in Q3 FY25. However, income from the sale of its devices generated Rs 12 crore of revenue. The cost of IoT devices, employee benefits, and technical services (outsourced) were the major cost elements, which pushed the total cost of the firm to Rs 79.4 crore in Q3 FY25 against Rs 60.5 crore in Q3 FY24. With the increase in scale, MapMyIndia recorded a 4.2% increase in its profit to Rs 32.3 crore during Q3 FY25 as compared to Rs 31 crore in the third quarter of the previous fiscal year (Q3 FY24). MapMyIndia is currently trading at Rs 1609 per share with a market capitalization of Rs 8,753 crore ($1 billion). Last month, MapMyIndia announced that its CEO and whole-time director, Rohan Verma, will step down from his executive role effective March 31, 2025. Chairman and Managing Director Rakesh Kumar Verma will continue to provide leadership at MapMyIndia.

Meanwhile, income from air ticketing and other allied services brought Rs 82 crore and other income sources added Rs 41 crore to the firmโ€™s topline. Since hotels and packages were the largest revenue source, the service fees associated with them naturally became the biggest cost center, accounting for 42% of the total expenditure, which amounted to Rs 301 crore in Q3 FY26. Its employee benefits stood at Rs 165 crore in the last quarter. Overall, the total cost was up by 88% to Rs 725 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 385 crore in Q3 FY25. TBO Tek posted an 8% increase in its profits to Rs 54 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 50 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, its profit increased 8% to Rs 184 crore. At the end of todayโ€™s trading session, TBO Tekโ€™s stock was priced at Rs 1,539 with a total market capitalization of Rs 16,711 crore (approx $1.8 billion). TBO Tek reported strong revenue growth in Q3 FY26, led by higher hotel and package bookings. However, costs rose at a similar pace, limiting profit growth during the quarter. EaseMyTripโ€™s total expenses rose 42% to Rs 153 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 107.5 crore in Q3 FY25. Employee benefit accounted for 22% of the total, increasing 27% to Rs 33 crore in Q3 FY26. Payment gateway charges, Service costs, and advertising were other major costs for EaseMyTrip in the last quarter. With the dip in revenue and expense increasing, the companyโ€™s profit fell by 90% to Rs 3.4 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared to Rs 34 crore in Q3 FY25. On a unit basis, the Delhi-based company spent Rs 1.01 to earn a rupee of operating revenue during the last quarter. Hotels and packaging contributed 54% of the companyโ€™s revenue, which increased by 9.5% to $191 million in Q3 FY26, up from $147 million in Q3 FY25. Air ticketing accounted for 20% of the revenue, generating $60 million, while bus ticketing generated $37 million in the period. For the nine-month period, the companyโ€™s revenue increased by 8% to $794 million from $733 million, a year earlier.
