EaseMyTrip posts Rs 151 Cr revenue in Q3 FY26; profit plunges 90% Online travel aggregator (OTA) platform EaseMyTrip struggled during the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (FY26), with revenue remaining flat and profit falling by 90% in the period. EaseMyTrip’s operating revenue increased by 0.3% to Rs 151 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 150.5 crore in Q3 FY25, as per its financial statements filed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Air ticketing contributed 64% of the company’s revenue but fell 1% to Rs 97 crore in Q3 FY26, down from Rs 98 crore in Q3 FY25. Hotel packages accounted for 31% of total revenue, generating Rs 46 crore. Including other undisclosed income, its total income for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 161 crore, compared to Rs 154 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, the company’s revenue decreased by 11.5% to Rs 407 crore from Rs 460 crore, a year earlier. EaseMyTrip’s total expenses rose 42% to Rs 153 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 107.5 crore in Q3 FY25. Employee benefit accounted for 22% of the total, increasing 27% to Rs 33 crore in Q3 FY26. Payment gateway charges, Service costs, and advertising were other major costs for EaseMyTrip in the last quarter. With the dip in revenue and expense increasing, the company’s profit fell by 90% to Rs 3.4 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared to Rs 34 crore in Q3 FY25. On a unit basis, the Delhi-based company spent Rs 1.01 to earn a rupee of operating revenue during the last quarter. EaseMyTrip’s share price was trading at Rs 6.64 on Friday, giving it a total market capitalization of Rs 2,415 crore (about $267 million).

FirstCry's revenue from operations grew to Rs 2,424 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 2,172 crore in Q3 FY25, its unaudited financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. The sale of its products through offline stores and websites in India and the international market was the primary source of revenue, accounting for nearly 79% of total operating revenue, while its subsidiary, GlobalBees, contributed Rs 515 crore. The company also made Rs 56 crore from interest income which took its overall revenue to Rs 2,480 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs 2,216 crore in Q3 FY25. For the Pune-based company, the cost of procurement of materials accounted for 64% of the overall expenditure which increased 15% year-on-year to Rs 1,580 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 1,369 crore in Q3 FY25. FirstCry’s employee benefits stood at Rs 197 crore in Q3 FY26 which includes Rs 57 crore as ESOP cost. The marketing, legal, rent, and technology were other overheads that pushed the overall expenditure to Rs 2,469 crore in Q3 FY26. FirstCry’s losses increased by 153% to Rs 38 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 15 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, the company’s loss remained flat at Rs 154 crore from Rs 153 crore. At the end of today’s trading session, FirstCry’s share price stood at Rs 270 per share, with a total market capitalization of Rs 14,096 crore (approximately $1.5 billion).

PB Fintech’s revenue increased to Rs 1,292 crore in Q3 FY25 as compared to Rs 871 crore during Q3 FY24, as per the firm’s unaudited consolidated financial results. PB Fintech, the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, recorded a 48.3% year-on-year increase in revenue during the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (FY25). At the same time, the firm nearly doubled its profits, maintaining strong growth in earnings. Insurance broking formed 87.6% of the total collections which surged by 62.4% to Rs 1,132 crore during Q3 FY25 from Rs 697 crore in Q3 FY24. The income from other operating activities, which include marketing, advertising, consulting, and support services, plunged 8% to Rs 160 crore in the same period. The firm earned Rs 100 crore from non-operating activities including financial income, tallying its overall revenue to Rs 1,392 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 965 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. For PB Fintech, employee benefits cost remained the largest cost center forming 37% of the overall expenditure. This cost increased by 22.4% YoY to Rs 487 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 398 crore in Q3 FY24. This includes Rs 51 crore as ESOP expense (non-cash). The company’s spending on advertising and promotional grew 34% to Rs 289 crore. Its network, internet, legal, rent, and other overheads pushed its total expenditure to Rs 1,307 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 926 crore in Q3 FY24. The significant year-on-year growth helped PB Fintech to post a 94.6% surge in profits to Rs 72 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 37 crore in the third quarter of the previous fiscal year. On a unit level, the Gurugram-based firm spent Rs 1.01 to earn a rupee in Q3 FY25. PB Fintech ended the day on January 30 with a share price of Rs 1,659.7 and a total market capitalization of Rs 76,225 crore (approximately $9 billion).

Fintech firm Paytm announced its financial results for the third quarter of the current fiscal year (Q3 FY25) on Monday. The Noida-based company reported revenue of Rs 1,828 crore and a net loss of Rs 208 crore for the period. According to Paytm’s unaudited consolidated quarterly report filed with the National Stock Exchange, its revenue from operations declined by 35.9% year-on-year from Rs 2,850 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs 1,828 crore in Q3 FY25. However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, the firm recorded a 10% increase in revenue compared to Q2 FY25 (the preceding quarter). Income from payment service revenue accounted for 55% of the total operating revenue which stood at Rs 1,003 crore in Q3 FY25 while the revenue from financial and marketing services were recorded at Rs 502 crore and Rs 267 crore in the same period. The company also added Rs 189 crore from other non-operating sources, bringing its overall revenue to Rs 2016.5 crore in Q3 FY25. For the fintech firm, its employee benefits remained the largest cost center accounting for 34% of the overall cost which decreased by 36% to Rs 756 crore in Q3 FY25. This includes Rs 182 crore as ESOP cost (non-cash). Its payment processing charges and marketing costs were reduced by 42% and 48.7% to Rs 570 crore and Rs 141 crore respectively in Q3 FY25 from Rs 982 crore and Rs 275 crore in Q3 FY24. Software, communication, legal, cashback, and other overheads took the total expenditure to Rs 2,220 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 3,216 crore in Q3 FY24. A reduction across all overhead departments enabled Paytm to narrow its losses by 6.3% to Rs 208 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 222 crore in Q3 FY24.

Fintech major Pine Labs announced its financial results for Q3 FY26 after debuting on Indian stock exchanges in the same quarter. The firm’s revenue increased by 24% during the third quarter, while it remained profitable in the same period. The company’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 744 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 601 crore in the same quarter last year, according to its financial statement sourced from NSE. Other income contributed an additional Rs 36 crore, which drove its total income to Rs 780 crore for the quarter. For the nine-month period ending December 2025, the firm’s revenue increased 20% to Rs 2,010 crore from Rs 1,676 crore, a year earlier. On the expense side, employee benefit was the largest cost centre, which accounted for 37% of the total expense. This cost increased by 5% to Rs 263 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 251 crore in Q3 FY25. Cost of material rose 51% to Rs 104 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 69 crore in Q3 FY25. Finance cost and depreciation cost were other overheads which led to the total expense to increase by 13% to Rs 705 crore in Q3 FY26. Pine Labs entered profitability on the back of steady growth and disciplined cost control, reporting a net profit of Rs 42 crore in Q3 FY26 versus a loss of Rs 57 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, the company posted a profit of Rs 53 crore. Pine Labs made a positive debut on the public markets, listing at a 9.5% premium over its issue price. The stock opened at Rs 242 per share against the IPO price of Rs 221, giving the Peak XV-backed firm a stable start on the NSE and BSE. Earlier this month, Pine Labs received RBI approval to fully acquire RBI-licensed account aggregator Agya Technologies, increasing its stake to 100% from its previous associate company status. The company’s share is trading at Rs 233, giving it a market capitalization of Rs 26,736 crore (approximately $2.9 billion).

Online travel aggregator (OTA) Yatra has released its financial results for the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q3 FY24). After sinking into the red in Q2, the company bounced back and recorded profits in Q3 along with crossing Rs 110 crore revenue mark during the period. Yatra’s revenue from operations grew 17.2% to Rs 110.3 crore in Q3 FY24 as compared to Rs 94.13 crore Q2 FY24, as per the firm’s consolidated financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange. While compared to Q3 of the previous fiscal year (Q3 FY23), the operating revenue of the company increased over 23% from Rs 89.6 crore. The company made 40.3% of its total operating revenue via Hotels and packages bookings which grew 23.4% to Rs 44.5 crore in Q3 FY24 from Rs 36.06 crore in Q2 of the same financial year. Revenue from air ticketing increased 5.9% to Rs 41.5 crore during the same period. The remaining Rs 24.3 crore came from other operating services and advertising income from hosting ads on its website, sale of coupons and vouchers and facilitating website access to travel insurance company. Yatra also earned Rs 8.86 crore as non-operating income (mainly from interest and gains on financial assets). This took the overall revenue to Rs 119.2 crore during the quarter. On the cost front, service cost which only relates to its hotel and packages vertical accounted for 23% of the total expenses. This cost surged 68.7% to Rs 26.9 crore in Q3 from Rs 15.95 crore in Q2 of the same fiscal. Whereas, employee benefits expenses for the company shrank 12.6% to Rs 32 crore during the quarter from Rs 36.6 crore in Q2 FY24. Yatra also incurred marketing and promotion costs of Rs 10.7 crore and payment gateway expense of Rs 12.7 crore in Q3 FY24. In total, Yatra’s overall expenditure increased just 3% to Rs 117 crore during Q3 from Rs 113.6 crore in Q2 FY24. With the controlled expenses, Yatra turned profitable and booked Rs 1.06 crore profits Q3 against Rs 17.13 crore loss in the previous quarter. Last year in the same quarter (Q3 FY23), it posted Rs 5.6 crore in losses. On a unit level, Yatra Online spent Re 1.06 to earn a rupee of operating revenue in Q3 of FY24. For the nine-months period (Apr-Dec 2023), the firm registered Rs 314.6 crore revenue from operations with a loss of Rs 10.08 crore. Yatra Online made its entry into the Indian public market in September last year with a share price of around Rs 136. With a market cap of over Rs 2,700 crore, it is currently trading at Rs 170 per share. Other than this, the company is also listed on NASDAQ with a current share price of $1.64 per share and a market cap of $105 million.

The steady growth and surge in other income with controlled expenditure led its profits to increase by 142% to Rs 288 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 119 crore in Q3 FY24. On a unit level, it spent Rs 0.67 to earn a rupee in Q3 FY25. As of 4:40 PM, Info Edge is trading at Rs 7,910, reflecting a Rs 203.1 increase following today's results. Its total market capitalization value improved to Rs 1,02,501 crore ($12.2 billion).
