Fintech platform MobiKwik reported its quarterly results for the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (FY26) on Tuesday, with revenue growing 7% year-on-year and gaining profitability. MobiKwik’s revenue from operations increased by 7% to Rs 289 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 270 crore in Q3 FY25, its unaudited financial statements accessed from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. Commissions on recharges, processing, and interest on servicing loans, payment gateways, as well as platform fee were the primary revenue sources for MobiKwik in Q3 FY26. For the nine-month period, the company’s revenue decreased 8% to Rs 830.5 crore from Rs 902 crore, a year earlier. For the payments platform, payment gateway costs accounted for the largest expense, making up 44% of the total cost of Rs 129 crore in Q3 FY26. Its employee benefit expenses stood at Rs 41 crore, while lending fees aka commission fell to Rs 1 crore. MobiKwik’s financial guarantee, legal, advertising-marketing, finance, and other overheads took its total burn to Rs 293 crore in Q3 FY26 which decreased by 11% as compared to Rs 328 crore in Q3 FY25. With the help of controlled expenses and steady growth, the company turned profitable and posted a profit of Rs 4 crore in Q3 FY26, as compared to a loss of Rs 53 crore in Q3 FY25.

Income from the consumer segment formed 41% of the total operating revenue which increased to Rs 86 crore in Q3 FY26. Income from the remarketing and classified segment stood at Rs 66 crore and Rs 59 crore, respectively, in the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year. On the expense front, employee benefits expenses formed 53% of the overall spending which went up a modest 4% to Rs 76 crore during the period. Including other costs, CarTrade’s overall expenses increased 3% to Rs 144 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 139.5 crore during Q3 FY25. The decent growth and controlled spending enabled CarTrade to increase its net profit to Rs 61.5 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs 45.5 crore in Q3 FY25. However, on a sequential basis, the company’s profit decreased by 4% from Rs 64 crore in Q2 FY26. CarTrade was in preliminary discussions with CarDekho for a potential merger in India’s automotive classifieds space, but the two companies mutually decided to call off the proposed consolidation. CarTrade’s share price is trading at Rs 2,333 (as of 11:36 AM) with a total market capitalization of Rs 11,163 crore ($1.2 billion).

Wakefit made a muted debut on the stock exchanges, with its shares listing flat to marginally below the IPO issue price at Rs 195 apiece, exactly at the upper end of the IPO price band. Employee benefits also saw a slight increase, with expenses totaling Rs 95 crore in Q3 FY26. These increases contributed to the overall 3% rise in the firm's expenses during the quarter to Rs 2,386 crore. In terms of claims, the company paid out Rs 1,311 crore in claims during Q3 FY26 against Rs 949 crore in Q3 FY25. There was also a change in outstanding claims, decreasing to Rs 256 crore in Q3 FY26 compared to Rs 571 crore in Q3 FY25. The company’s PAT (Profit after Tax) increased by 18% to Rs 140 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 118.5 crore in Q3 FY26. For the nine months period ending December 2026, the company’s profit stood at Rs 64 crore. At the end of the day, Go Digit’s share price was trading at Rs 325 per share, giving the company a total market capitalization of Rs 30,039 crore ($3.2 billion).

Ixigo increased its profit by 55% to Rs 24 crore in Q3 FY26, as compared to a profit of Rs 15.5 crore in Q3 FY25. The company also approved the grant of 98,944 stock options under its ESOP scheme (2013, 2016, 2021). The ESOP is valued at around Rs 2.3 crore according to the company’s share price. The company’s competitor MakeMyTrip posted $295 million revenue in Q3 FY26 with its loss falling by 74% to $7 million in the period. At the close of trading on Thursday (Jan 22), Ixigo’s shares were priced at Rs 235, giving the online travel aggregator a market capitalization of Rs 10,320 crore (approximately $1.1 billion).
