Ola Electric says resolved 99% of customer complaints

Ola Electric has stated that it has resolved 99.1% of the 10,644 consumer complaints received so far, according to the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA). The company responded to a show cause notice from CCPA for alleged violations of consumer rights, misleading advertisements, and unfair trade practices. Ola Electric also addressed a notice from the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) regarding the pricing strategy of its scooters. The company clarified that it had not altered the prices during its sale and provided evidence to support this claim. Additionally, Ola Electric's market share in the electric two-wheeler segment increased to 34.9% in the first half of October. They also have plans to expand their service centres and onboard more partners.
