By securing affordable battery technology and promoting localized manufacturing, JSW aims to reduce production costs and decrease reliance on Chinese supply chains. The partnership is part of JSW's strategy to support its renewable energy goals and achieve its target of selling 1 million EVs in India by the end of the decade.
