The board at Blissclub has allotted 16,076 pre-Series B CCPS at an issue price of Rs 20,528 each and 1,200 non-convertible debentures at an issue price of Rs 1,00,000 each to raise the aforementioned amount, its regulatory filings with Registrar of Companies (RoC) shows. The proceeds will be used to support the company’s business needs, including growth, expansion, and general corporate purposes, the filings added. BlissClub is a homegrown, women-centric wellness brand that specializes in activewear, accessories, and lifestyle products. Recently, the company expanded its portfolio by venturing into the travel wear segment. BlissClub sells its products through its own website as well as major e-commerce platforms like Myntra, Amazon, and AJIO. According to Entrackr’s estimates, Blissclub is valued at Rs 570 crore (around $67 million), the same as during its $15 million Series A round. After allotment of the new round, Elevation Capital is the largest external shareholder in BlissClub, holding a 24.5% stake, followed by Eight Roads Ventures with a 15.79%. According to TheKredible, BlissClub has raised nearly $26 million to date, including the debt component. While BlissClub has yet to disclose its FY25 figures, the company reported a 27% growth in operating revenue to Rs 87 crore in FY24. However, the Bengaluru-based company managed to narrow its losses by over 25% during the last fiscal year. According to its co-founder Sateesh Nukala, BigHaat has crossed the Rs 1,100 crore revenue threshold in FY25 from Rs 1,050 crore in FY24. BigHaat’s revenue split consists of 85% of revenue coming from farm produce sales, with agri-inputs, which is direct to farmers, and digital only contributing 15%. The platform now counts 3 million monthly active farmers and reported 15% gross margins in FY25, said Nukala in an interaction with Entrackr. Nukala highlighted that exports and advanced processing, a high-margin vertical launched in FY25, now contribute 20% to its monthly revenue. “We have reduced our net loss to Rs 25 crore in FY25 from Rs 35 crore in FY24 and turned EBITDA positive for the last three quarters,” said Nukala. He also added that BigHaat is among the few agritech startups to achieve profitability at scale with 6x revenue-to-capital efficiency. As per Nukala, the company is targeting Rs 1,400 crore in FY26, with spices emerging as a key growth driver. “We are also open to acquisitions of new brands to strengthen our portfolio,” he emphasized. BigHaat has raised around $25 million to date. In January 2022, it raised Rs 100 crore led by JM Financial. Beyond Next Ventures, Ashish Kacholia, Ankur Capital, and others are some notable investors for the firm. This contrasts with larger peers. DeHaat, India’s most valued agritech startup, clocked Rs 2,675 crore revenue in FY24 but with losses of over Rs 240 crore. Ninjacart, backed by Walmart and Flipkart, crossed Rs 2,000 crore revenue in the same fiscal but recorded a Rs 259.6 crore loss. By combining steady topline growth, improving margins, and sustained EBITDA profitability, BigHaat is positioning itself as one of the few agritech ventures balancing scale with financial discipline, while many peers continue to burn capital at larger scales.

Online astrology platform AstroTalk has raised Rs 78.3 crore or $9.5 million in an extension of its Series A round from existing investors Left Lane Capital and Elev8 Capital. The board at AstroTalk has passed a special resolution to issue 5,067 compulsory Convertible preference shares to raise Rs 78.3 crore or $9.5 million, its regulatory filing accessed from the RoC shows. Left Lane Capital pumped Rs 58.3 crore while Elev8 Capital participated with Rs 20 crore. This seems to be the tranche of a larger round. AstroTalk is reportedly in talks to raise $30 million. As per TheKredible’s estimates, the company has been valued at around Rs 2,478 crore or $300 million post-money which is a 33.3% increase from its last round. The valuation will go up with the flow of funds. AstroTalk has raised Rs 172 crore to date including Rs 166 crore or $20 million in its Series A round in February. Entrackr was the first to report the development. AstroTalk is a platform to consult astrologers via the internet, call, and chat and claims to have 13,000 astrologers, tarot readers, numerologists, and Vastu experts. The platform lets users connect with the aforementioned experts for future predictions related to marriage, love life, career, and health among others. Left Lane Capital baked firm had demonstrated strong financial performance in FY23 as its revenue grew 146% to Rs 283 crore. At the same time, AstroTalk’s profits spiked 41.7% to Rs 8.5 crore. As per the current average revenue run rate, the company is projected to end FY24 with Rs 650 crore in revenue and Rs 100 crore in profit. The company is yet to file its audited financial results for FY24. As per data compiled by TheKredible, astro and spiritual tech startups have raised around $25 million in the past 12 months. The notable names include Ustav App, DevDham, InstaAstro, AstroTalk, Vama, and Melooha also raised decent funding during the period. Two-wheeler financing and e-commerce platform Bike Bazaar has raised Rs 25 crore (approximately $3 million) in debt from MAS Financial. This is the first debt round for the Pune-based company in 2024. The board at Bike Bazaar has passed a special resolution to issue 2,500 NCDs (non-convertible debentures) at an issue price of Rs 1,00,000 each to raise Rs 25 crore, its regulatory filing accessed from the Registrar of Companies shows. According to the filings, the debt investment is for the tenure of 30 months with a rate of interest rate of 10.70% per annum. Bike Bazaar has raised around $80 million to date including its $30 million round led by Women’s World Banking Asset Management (WAM) which closed in February last year. According to the startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Elevar Equity is the largest external stakeholder with 25% followed by Faering Capital’s 22%. Its co-founders Srinivas Kantheti and Karunakaran Vadakkepa cumulatively command 12.47% of the company. Founded in 2017, Bike Bazaar provides financing services to customers looking to buy a two-wheeler. The platform also facilitates loans for used two-wheelers and electric two-wheelers and as per its website, the company has financed over 300,000 vehicles to date. Besides financing, Bike Bazaar also has a marketplace for selling and buying two-wheelers. The company plans to use the fresh funds to scale this marketplace and aims to expand its presence in the rural market. Bike Bazaar is yet to file its financial statement for FY24 but its income from operations surged 20% to Rs 180 crore in FY23, as per its annual financial statement filed with the RoC. The company managed to control its losses to Rs 43 crore in FY23 from Rs 55 crore in the previous year. Bike Bazaar competes with startups such as Cars24, Droom, CredR, and others.

Smallcase runs a platform that helps brokers execute transactions in exchange-traded products. Its main source of revenue is the transaction fees charged to these brokers. Wealthtech platform Smallcase recorded over 50% year-on-year growth in the fiscal year ended March 2025, with improved unit economics, according to the data shared by the sources. Smallcase’s revenue from operations grew to Rs 106 crore in FY25 from Rs 67.4 crore in FY24, as per the documents. The platform has facilitated transactions worth Rs 1.2 lakh crore and serves a user base of over 10 million investors. Despite over 50% growth in FY25, Smallcase managed to keep a good check on its overall cost, which resulted in a reduction of its EBITDA losses to Rs 9 crore in FY25. However, the Bengaluru-based company posted a net loss of Rs 34 crore in the last fiscal year (FY25). Smallcase has secured around $120 million to date, including its $50 million Series D in March this year, which was led by Elev8 Ventures, with participation from State Street Global Advisors, Niveshaay AIF, Faering Capital, and others. Prior to this, it closed a $40 million round in 2022. According to the startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Smallcase is currently valued at $285-290 million. Peak XV holds the largest external stake at 16.2%, followed by Fearing Capital and Blume Ventures with 9.67% and 7.67%, respectively. Smallcase faces competition from platforms like INDmoney, which reported Rs 70 crore in revenue for FY24, and Wint Wealth, which posted Rs 21 crore during the same period. Other rivals include Scripbox, Dezerv, and several emerging wealthtech players.
