Info Edge, the parent of Naukri and 99acres, reported a 12% year-on-year rise in standalone revenue to Rs 747 crore for Q3 FY26, compared to Rs 668 crore in the year-ago period, according to its filing with the National Stock Exchange (NSE). During the nine months, the company clocked Rs 2,120 crore in standalone revenue as compared to Rs 1,897 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. Recruitment Solutions, which includes flagship job marketplace Naukri, continued to remain the largest contributor. The segment registered Rs 548 crore in Q3 FY26 against Rs 494 crore a year ago, while nine-month revenue rose to Rs 1,564 crore from Rs 1,417 crore. Real estate vertical 99acres also saw growth as its revenue increased to Rs 117 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 103 crore in Q2 FY25. For the nine-month period, it posted Rs 334 crore, up from Rs 291 crore last year. The company’s ‘others’ segment, which includes Jeevansathi and Shiksha recorded Rs 81.5 crore during the quarter compared to Rs 71.7 crore a year earlier. Info Edge said the shared numbers are unaudited and are being released ahead of its detailed financial results announcement. As of 13:10 PM today, Info Edge is trading at Rs 1,363, up 2.19% from today’s opening price. The firm’s market capitalization stands at Rs 88,327 crore ($9.8 billion).

Meanwhile, revenue from 99acres reached Rs 115 crore. The company added another Rs 162 crore from interest on deposits and investment which pushed its overall revenue to Rs 967 crore in Q2 FY26. On a half-yearly basis, Info Edge’s operating revenue rose 16% to Rs 1,596 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 1,377 crore in H1 FY25. On the expense side, Info Edge spent 60% of its overall expenditure on employee benefits, which increased 11% year-on-year to Rs 340 crore in Q2 FY26. Its advertising and internet costs stood at Rs 108 crore and 22 crore, respectively. The company’s overall cost grew 14% YoY to Rs 563 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 492 crore in Q2 FY25. Info Edge’s profit spiked by 4X to Rs 347 crore in Q2 FY26 mainly due to Rs 320 crore deferred tax deducted in the same period last year which resulted in the profit to be Rs 85 crore in Q2 FY25. For the six months ended September 2025, the company’s profit doubled to Rs 690 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 343 crore in H1 FY25. Info Edge (India) Ltd, the parent company of Naukri.com, 99acres, and Jeevansathi, reported a 12% increase quarter-on-quarter in its revenue to Rs 729 crore for the quarter ended September 2025. Revenue from Naukri.com accounted for 76% of the total income, which grew 11% to Rs 545 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 492 crore in Q2 FY25. Meanwhile, its real estate vertical, 99acres, recorded a 14% QoQ jump in revenues to Rs 122.4 crore in Q2 FY26. The other segment, which includes platforms such as Shiksha and Jeevansathi, saw the highest growth at 21%, reaching Rs 61.6 crore during the quarter. For the half-year ended September 2025, Info Edge’s total revenues grew 12% year-on-year to Rs 1,373.2 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 1229.7 crore in H1 FY25. During the first half of FY26, recruitment solutions accounted for 74% of the revenue, which rose 10% to Rs 1,015.3 crore from Rs 923.4 crore in H1 FY25. 99acres rose 15.1% to Rs 216.8 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 188.4 crore in H1 FY25. Meanwhile, the other verticals including Shiksha and Jeevansathi recorded a 19.7% growth to Rs 141.1 crore. Info Edge Ventures is also set to lead ShipGlobal’s pre-Series A round, investing in 2,143 preference shares for Rs 15 crore. Post this, Info Edge will hold 23.81% of ShipGlobal. Info Edge had also announced an investment of Rs 12 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zwayam Digital Private Limited, which operates in the SaaS space, offering sourcing and screening recruitment solutions. The major surge in revenue is attributed to its inventory-led approach in the quick commerce business. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the company’s revenue rose by 20% from Rs 13,590 crore in Q2 FY26. Eternal operates several business units, including a food marketplace, Hyperpure, and a quick commerce platform, BlinkIt. Income from Eternal’s food delivery business (Zomato) contributed 16% of the total revenue in Q3 FY26, growing 29% to Rs 2,676 crore from Rs 2,072 crore in Q3 FY25. With the company's revenue growth outpacing expense, its profit increased by 54% to Rs 102 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 59 crore in Q3 FY25. On a per-unit basis, the Gurugram-based company spent Rs 1.01 to earn every rupee of revenue during the quarter ending December 2025. The company also informed the stock exchanges that founder Deepinder Goyal will step away from his role as Group CEO and will continue on the board as Vice Chairman. At the end of today’s trading session, Eternal’s share price stood at Rs 283, giving the foodtech platform a market capitalization of Rs 3,32,985 crore (approximately $30 billion).

Meanwhile, the delivery charges saw 36% growth to Rs 1,533 crore in Q3 FY26. Swiggy spent Rs 673 crore and Rs 1,108 crore on employee benefits and advertising, respectively. Overall, Swiggy’s total expenses for the quarter increased 49% to Rs 7,298 crore from Rs 4,898 crore in Q3 FY25. The company’s losses increased by 33% to Rs 1,065 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 803 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, the company’s loss stood at Rs 3,354 crore. As of December 31, 2025, Swiggy had cash and cash equivalents of Rs 13,512 crore, which included Rs 9,931 crore from net QIP proceeds. The company also received around Rs 2,400 crore from the sale of its stake in Rapido, taking its proforma cash balance to about Rs 15,900 crore. Swiggy shares were trading at Rs 324 at the end of Thursday with a total market capitalization of Rs 89,392 crore.

Info Edge, the parent company of Naukri and 99acres, published its financial statements on Thursday. The consolidated figures showcased a modest 8% increase in revenue for FY24. However, the company made a turnaround in its bottom line, transitioning from a loss of Rs 70 crore in FY23 to a profit of Rs 594 crore in FY24. Info Edge’s revenue from operations grew 8% to Rs 2,536 crore in FY24 from Rs 2,345 crore in FY23, its consolidated financial statements disclosed with the stock exchange shows. Meanwhile, the company posted a 4.8% increase in revenue to Rs 657 crore in Q4 FY24 from Rs 627 crore in Q3 FY24. The Sanjeev Bikchandani-led firm operates through different segments. Income from Naukari.com and related portals formed 74.1% of its total revenue which increased 7.49% to Rs 1,880 crore in FY24. Its other segment 99acres saw a 23.6% growth to Rs 351 crore in FY24. Jeevansathi and Shiksha combined participated with Rs 305 crore of revenue during FY24. Info Edge made Rs 414 crore from non-operating activities tallying its total revenue to Rs 2,950 crore in FY24. Akin to other internet companies, its employee benefits accounted for 61% of its total expenditure which grew only 2.83% to Rs 1,128 crore in FY24 from Rs 1,097 crore in FY22. Info Edge’s network/internet, advertising cum promotional, legal, traveling and other overheads push the total expenditure to Rs 1830 crore in FY23 from Rs 1,858 crore in FY23. Note 1: The company recorded exceptional items of Rs 110 crore and Rs 509 crore in FY24 and FY23 respectively due to the decrease in the carrying value of investments. This was the primary reason for the significant loss posted in FY23. Note 2: The company has 15 joint ventures including Makesense, Happily Unmarried’s Ustraa (now acquired by VLCC), Shopkirana, Juno, Sploot and others during FY24. Info Edge recorded a share loss of Rs 131 crore and 231 crore in FY24 and FY23 respectively in its joint ventures which also makes a part of its consolidated figures and reflects losses in the financial statements. At the end, Indo Edge posted a net profit of Rs 594 crore in FY24 where the figures stood at a loss of Rs 70 crore in FY23 (refer note 1 and 2). On a unit level, it spent Rs 0.72 to earn a rupee in FY23.

Ixigo’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 317.6 crore in Q3 FY26 in contrast to Rs 242 crore in Q3 FY25, as per the firm’s unaudited financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The Gurugram-based company generated the largest share (42%) of its operating revenue from train ticketing, which rose to Rs 134 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 120 crore in Q3 FY25. Flight and bus booking services contributed 32% and 24% to the company’s revenue, respectively. Besides operating revenue, the firm also earned Rs 16.5 crore via interest and gains from financial assets during the quarter which took its total income to Rs 334 crore in the quarter ending December 2025. Ixigo has not provided a detailed breakdown of expenses in its quarterly financial statements. However, employee benefits expenses rose by 15% YoY to Rs 45 crore. Overall, the company's total costs grew 32% to Rs 296 crore in Q3 FY26 compared to Rs 224 crore in Q3 FY25. Ixigo increased its profit by 55% to Rs 24 crore in Q3 FY26, as compared to a profit of Rs 15.5 crore in Q3 FY25. The company also approved the grant of 98,944 stock options under its ESOP scheme (2013, 2016, 2021). The ESOP is valued at around Rs 2.3 crore according to the company’s share price. The company’s competitor MakeMyTrip posted $295 million revenue in Q3 FY26 with its loss falling by 74% to $7 million in the period. At the close of trading on Thursday (Jan 22), Ixigo’s shares were priced at Rs 235, giving the online travel aggregator a market capitalization of Rs 10,320 crore (approximately $1.1 billion).
