Fintech firm Infibeam Avenues on Friday released its financial results for the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q1 FY25). The company witnessed a 3.6% increase in gross revenue whereas its profit spiked 43% growth during the quarter ending June 2025. Infibeam Avenues’s gross revenue grew to Rs 753 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 727 crore in Q4 FY24, according to the company’s unaudited consolidated quarterly report filed with the National Stock Exchange. The payment business formed 93.6% of the total revenue which stood at Rs 705 crore in Q1 FY25 while the income from providing customized e-commerce solutions brought Rs 39.3 crore to its coffers. Infibeam claims to have over 10 million merchants, with an average daily addition of more than 2,550 merchants in Q1 FY25. At the end, its other operating and financial income pushed Infibeam Avenues’ overall revenue to Rs 781 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 743 crore in Q4 FY24. On the cost front, the operating expenses (including payment processing cost) formed 90% of the overall expenditure. This cost remained flat at Rs 634 crore in Q1 FY25. The firm’s spending on employee benefits, legal, and other overheads took its overall cost up by 3.5% to Rs 703 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 679 crore in Q4 FY24. The increase in other income and consistent growth in scale helped Infibeam to register a 42.9% spike in its profits to Rs 70 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 49 crore in Q4 FY24. On a unit level, The Ahmedabad-based company spent Rs 0.93 to earn rupee in Q1 FY25. The company also acquired a majority stake (54%) in Rediff.com. The acquired company will become a subsidiary of Infibeam Avenue. “With this synergy, we are poised to unlock new dimensions of growth, redefining the essence of cloud and fintech engagement,” said Vishal Mehta, Chairman and MD of Infibeam Avenues. Infibeam Avenue is currently trading at Rs 32.42 (as of 03.00 PM) and its total market capitalization stood at Rs 9,019 crore or $1.1 billion.

Infibeam posts Rs 1,160 Cr revenue in Q4 FY25; profit rises 20% Digital payments firm Infibeam has reported a 62% increase in revenue during the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year (Q4 FY25), while its year-on-year profit rose by 20%. Infibeam’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 1,160 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 716 crore in Q4 FY24, its consolidated financial statements accessed from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. For the full fiscal year (FY25), Infibeam’s operating revenue increased 27% to Rs 3,992 crore in FY25 from Rs 3,150 crore in FY24. Payment business accounted for 95% of its total collection which increased by 64% to Rs 1,098 crore in Q4 FY25. Meanwhile, there was a 35% increase in the e-commerce platform business, which rose to Rs 62 crore. The Ahmedabad-based firm recorded a total revenue of 1,180 crore in Q4 FY25. For the full fiscal year (FY25), its total income stood at Rs 4,066 crore. Infibeam operates a diversified digital platform, with a primary focus on digital payments and e-commerce solutions. On the cost side, the company’s total expenses rose by 66% to Rs 1,104 crore in Q4 FY25. For the digital payment firm, its payment processing was the largest cost center, rising by 68% to Rs 1,025 crore. Employee benefits increased by 30% to Rs 39 crore, while depreciation cost grew 6% to Rs 18 crore. Infibeam Avenues also incurred Rs 22 crore on other undisclosed expenses in the said quarter. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the firm’s total expenses increased to Rs 3,768 crore. In the end, the company reported profit after tax of Rs 55 crore in Q4 FY25, 20% up from Rs 46 crore in Q4 FY24. On a fiscal year basis, its profit increased to Rs 236 crore in FY25 from Rs 156 crore in FY24. At 15:31 PM today, its market cap stood at Rs 5,579 crore while the firm’s stock was trading at Rs 20.

Infibeam Avenues has received final authorisation from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to operate as a Payment Aggregator under the Payment Settlements Act, 2007 for its payment gateway brand – CCAvenue. While Infibeam Avenues already received “in-principle” approval from the RBI late last year, the apex banking body has granted the final licence. RBI had introduced the payment aggregator framework in March 2020. Infibeam Avenues offers digital payment solutions and enterprise software platforms to businesses and governments across industry verticals. The company’s payment infrastructure solution includes acquiring and issuing solutions and offering infrastructure for banks. Its enterprise software platform provides an online marketplace for government procurement. Razorpay, Cashfree, and Open were the first set of players to get the regulatory nod in December last year. Zomato, DigiO, Google, and Tata Digital among others are the other major players to get the payments licence. Infibeam Avenues claims that it has more than 10 million merchants on its platform and crossed half a million merchant onboarding in the first half of FY24. Infibeam Avenues had earlier launched CCAvenue mobile app, which is an advanced omni-channel payment app where its app features a pin-on-glass SoftPoS solution – CCAvenue TapPay for Merchants and Kiranas across the country. Infibeam Avenues had shown strong growth and this could be evident from its Q3 FY24 numbers. Its revenue from operations grew 15.4% to Rs 912 crore in Q3 FY24 whereas the firm also managed to grow its profit marginally to Rs 40.8 crore during the above mentioned period.

Infibeam Avenues’ revenue from operations spiked to Rs 1,070 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 907 crore in Q3 FY24, as per its unaudited consolidated financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Payment business accounted for 94% of its total collection which increased by 17% to Rs 1,010 crore in Q3 FY25. Meanwhile, there was a 23.2% increase in the e-commerce platform business, which rose to Rs 60.3 crore. The company recorded a total revenue of 1,093.5 crore in Q3 FY25. Infibeam operates a diversified digital platform, with a primary focus on digital payments and e-commerce solutions. The company’s total expenses rose by 18% to Rs 1,013 crore in Q3 FY25. For the digital payment firm, its payment processing was the largest cost center, rising by 16.6% to Rs 930.4 crore. Employee benefits Increased by 30% to Rs 40 crore, while depreciation cost grew 11.8% to Rs 19 crore. The company also incurred Rs 23.6 crore on other undisclosed expenses in the said quarter. Infibeam’s profit after tax rose 50% to Rs 64.4 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 43 crore in the same period last year. On a unit basis, the company spent Re 0.95 to earn a rupee of operating revenue in the last quarter. Infibeam competes with major players like Paytm, Razorpay, and PhonePe in the digital payments sector. At 14:22 PM today, its market cap stood at Rs 6,504 crore while the firm stock was trading at Rs 23.32.

Infibeam’s Rediff.com secures NPCI license to offer UPI services Infibeam Avenues announced that its subsidiary, Rediff.com, has received a Third-Party Application Provider (TPAP) license from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) for its digital payment platform, RediffPay. According to the company, NPCI's official communication confirmed the approval, with Axis Bank serving as the Payment System Provider (PSP). This license enables RediffPay to offer Unified Payments Interface (UPI) services to its users, marking Infibeam Avenues' strategic entry into the consumer-facing digital payments sector. The company had previously applied for the TPAP license following its acquisition of a controlling stake in Rediff in 2024. In August 2024, Infibeam Avenues acquired a 54% stake in Rediff.com India to relaunch Rediff.com as a consumer-facing digital financial services aggregator. “We are thrilled that our subsidiary has received the TPAP license from NPCI, allowing us to extend UPI services through RediffPay. This milestone aligns with our vision to enhance financial inclusivity and offer seamless digital payment solutions to consumers across India,” said Vishal Mehta, Chairman and MD of Infibeam Avenues. RediffPay aims to leverage Rediff's substantial web traffic and Infibeam's fintech expertise to provide a user-friendly platform for secure and efficient digital transactions. The company plans to introduce a range of financial services, including credit and wealth management products, to cater to the diverse needs of its users. This development follows Infibeam Avenues' recent achievements, including receiving final authorization from the Reserve Bank of India to operate as a Payment Aggregator for its flagship payment gateway brand, CCAvenue.
