This investment is part of a larger $1.5 million funding round, which includes co-investments from notable investors such as Rainmatter by Zerodha, The Chennai Angels, BITS BioCyTiH Foundation, and other angel investors. The proceeds will be used to solidify its presence in India, accelerate international regulatory approvals, and broaden its AI/ML offerings in the cardio-respiratory domain, Ai Health Highway stated in a press release. Founded in 2018 by Satish Jeevannavar, Ai Health Highway focuses on providing tech-enabled screening tools that aid in the early detection of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and improve healthcare accessibility through its AI-enabled stethoscope, AiSteth. The company aims to reduce global premature deaths from NCDs by 30% by 2030. According to Ai Health Highway, AiSteth empowers cardiac care by assisting healthcare professionals and non-specialists in interpreting heart sounds to support accurate clinical decisions. It utilizes advanced AI and signal processing to transform traditional stethoscopes into powerful screening tools capable of detecting life-threatening cardiac disorders at an early stage. The AI-enabled stethoscope seamlessly integrates into existing workflows, equipping primary care providers with high-quality heart sound capture, analysis, and data-sharing capabilities, thereby enhancing the accessibility and affordability of healthcare solutions.

The round also saw participation from Sparrow Capital and angel investors, including Udaan co-founder Sujeet Kumar and Ramakant Sharma. The new funds will be used to enhance product design and development, bolster manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, and expand to new locations. Furnishka aims to simplify India’s complex home furnishing market by addressing issues such as long delivery times, high costs, and inconsistent service quality. It offers a seamless shopping experience through both online and offline stores in Bengaluru, with over 1,000 SKUs and customizable designs at competitive prices. Market research indicates that the Indian furniture market is projected to grow from $24.47 billion in 2023 to $64.39 billion by 2032, with a CAGR of 11.35% from 2024 to 2032. Furnishka has focused on supply chain innovation, standardization, localization, and cost reduction to deliver premium furniture affordably. Within its first year, the company has served over 10,000 customers and operates four large-format stores in Bangalore, showcasing a wide array of products. Looking ahead, Furnishka plans to expand its product categories, particularly in premium living room, dining room, and bedroom collections, open six additional large-format stores, and create educational content to help customers make informed furnishing decisions. True Diamond raises $3 Mn led by India Quotient Lab-grown diamond jewelry brand True Diamond has raised Rs 26 crore ($3 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by India Quotient along with participation from existing investors Titan Capital, Winners Fund, and Huddle Ventures. Prior to this, it had raised $1 million in a seed funding round led by Titan Capital, along with participation from Huddle Ventures, Zeropearl Ventures, and personal investments from Ashutosh Valani, Priyank Shah, Aashka Goradia Goble, Mamaearth founder Ghazal Alagh, Abhishek Goyal, and Anmol Jain. The proceeds will be used to accelerate its omnichannel strategy and focus on offline expansion, True Diamond said in a press release. Co-founded in 2024 by Darayus Mehta and Parin Shah, True Diamond aims to modernise the jewelry experience for contemporary Indian consumers. The brand focuses on design and material innovation, bold content, and accessible luxury. It has launched retail outlets in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Noida, with more stores planned across metro cities. The Mumbai-based company offers a variety of products, including rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, mangalsutras, bracelets, and tennis bracelets, among others. The startup also provides customized jewellery and men’s collections. True Diamond claims to have built a catalog of over 5,000 designs and achieved a 1.7x customer repeat rate. The brand offers innovative products with unique launches like over the 160 facet Portuguese diamonds, black diamonds, and many more.
