Drone manufacturer Ideaforge’s revenue from operations declined by 15.7% to Rs 86 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 102 crore in Q4 FY24. However, the company remained profitable in the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal year, according to its quarterly result published on NSE. The Mumbai-based company demonstrated strong financial standing during the previous fiscal year ending March 2024, marking a 68.8% year-on-year growth to Rs 314 crore with its profits increasing 41.3% to Rs 45.2 crore during the fiscal year ending March 2024. However, the firm was unable to replicate FY24’s growth run in Q1 FY25 due to a decline in drone sales, which also eroded its profits. The sale of unnamed aerial vehicles (UAVs) was the sole source of Ideaforge’s operating revenue in the last quarter. The company also made Rs 6 crore from the financial assets tallying its overall revenue to Rs 92 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 108 crore in Q4 FY24. For Ideaforge, the cost of materials for making drones accounted for 64% of the overall expenditure. As production scaled down, this cost decreased by 2.4%, dropping to Rs 57.6 crore in Q1 FY25. The firm’s spending on employee benefits, finance cost, legal, professional advertising, and other overheads took its overall cost to Rs 91 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 93 crore in Q4 FY25. With a 15.7% decline in quarter-on-quarter growth, Ideaforge’s profits dropped by 89.3% to Rs 1.1 crore in Q1 FY25. Ideforge’s IPO was valued at Rs 567 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 240 crore, with the remainder offered for sale. The company debuted on the stock exchange on July 23 with a share price of Rs 1,300, marking a significant 93% gain compared to its price band of Rs 638-672 per share at the time of listing. Ideaforge’s share price is currently trading at Rs 761.95 (as of 12.42 PM). The company also hit its 52 weeks low share price at Rs 618 on 04 June this year. According to Fintrackr’s estimates, its current total market capitalization stood at Rs 3,275 crore or $395 million.

Online travel aggregator Yatra has continued to lose scale as well as profits quarter on quarter. The Gurugram-based firm’s revenue declined 6.4% during the first quarter of FY25. At the same time, its profits plunged 27.5%. Yatra’s revenue from operations decreased to Rs 100.8 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 107.67 crore in Q4 FY24, its consolidated unaudited financials sourced from National Stock Exchange (NSE) shows. Yatra recorded Rs 422.3 crore of revenue in the fiscal year ending March 2024 with the profits of Rs 4.4 crore. Income from air ticketing was the largest source of revenue followed by hotel, packages and other services. It also made Rs 8 crore from financial sources tallying the firm’s overall income to Rs 109 crore in Q1 FY25. The travel aggregator firm spent 32% of the overall expenditure on employee benefits followed by service and payment gateway costs. Its spending on marketing, legal, information technology, and other costs pushed its overall expense to Rs 104.75 crore in Q1 FY25 against Q4 FY24. The continued depletion of scale cannibalized Yatra’s profit by 27.47%, bringing it down to Rs 4.04 crore in Q1 FY25 against Rs 5.57 crore in Q4 FY24. On a unit level, the firm spent Rs 1.04 to earn a rupee in Q1 FY25. Yatra is currently trading at Rs 132.5 with a 4.9% decline in its share price (as of 12.58 PM today). As per Fintrackr’s estimates, its total market capitalization stood at Rs 2,079 crore (approximately $250 million).

The company reported a 33% growth in scale, while its year-on-year (YoY) profits increased by 42% during the same period. PolicyBazaar’s revenue from operations surged 33% to Rs 1,348 crore in Q1 FY26 in contrast to Rs 1,011 crore in Q1 FY25, as per the firm’s financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The Gurugram-based company generated the largest share (88%) of its operating revenue from insurance broker services, which rose to Rs 1,187 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 845 crore in Q1 FY25. Besides operating revenue, the firm also earned Rs 99 crore via interest and gains from financial assets during the quarter which took its total topline to Rs 1,447 crore in the quarter ending June 2025. PolicyBazaar has not provided a detailed breakdown of expenses in its quarterly financial statements. However, employee benefits expenses rose by 23% YoY to Rs 560 crore. Overall, the company's total costs grew 25% to Rs 1,356 crore in Q1 FY26 compared to Rs 1,081 crore in Q1 FY25. PolicyBazaar's net profits surged 42% to Rs 85 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 60 crore in Q1 FY25. At the end of the day, PolicyBazaar traded at Rs 1,808 with a total market capitalization of Rs 83,033 crore (approximately $9.5 billion).

Income from hotels and packages was the largest revenue source followed by air ticketing and other allied services. It also made Rs 5 crore from financial sources tallying the firm’s overall income to Rs 215 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 109 crore in Q1 FY25. The travel aggregator firm spent 47% of the overall expenditure on Service costs which stood at Rs 94 crore, followed by employee benefits which were recorded at Rs 40 crore. Its spending on marketing, legal, information technology, and other costs pushed its overall expense to Rs 198 crore in Q1 FY26. The twofold year-on-year scale helped Yatra to register a 4X surge in its profits, bringing it to Rs 16 crore in Q1 FY26 against Rs 4 crore in Q1 FY25. On a unit level, the firm spent Re 0.94 to earn a rupee in Q1 FY26 with EBITDA of Rs 28 crore in the same period. At the end of today’s trading session, Yatra was trading at Rs 95.61 with a 3.32% decrease in its share price. Its total market capitalization stood at Rs 1,500 crore.

The Gurugram-based company has reported around an 18.1% increase in revenue with a 44.6% growth in profits. Zomato’s revenue from operations grew to Rs 4,206 crore in Q1 FY25 as compared to Rs 3,562 crore in Q4 FY24, its consolidated financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. Zomato’s food and delivery biz accounted for 46.17% of the total collection in Q1 FY25 which grew 11.7% to Rs 1,942 crore in Q1 FY25. The revenue from Hyperpure supplies (B2B) and quick commerce vertical (Blinkit) grew 27.4% and 22.5% to Rs 1,212 crore and Rs 942 crore, respectively. Income from “going-out” and other non-operating income took Zomato Group’s overall revenue to Rs 4,442 crore in Q1 FY25. Being a food tech major, the cost for delivery and related charges formed 31.6% of the overall expenditure which increased 18.8% to Rs 1,328 crore in Q1 FY25. The firm’s spending on procurement, employee benefits, advertising, and marketing pushed its overall expenditure to Rs crore 4,203 in Q1FY25 from Rs 3,636 crore in Q4FY24. A stellar growth in scale allowed Zomato to record a 44.6% spike in its profits to Rs 253 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 175 crore in Q4 FY24. On a unit level, the company spent Rs 0.99 to earn a rupee in Q1 FY25. With the consistent gain in its market cap, the food tech firm also rewarded its employees with an additional ESOP plan of $458 million. Zomato’s initial public offering opened at Rs 115, a 51% increase from its price band of Rs 76. Logistics company Delhivery is turning around the table by registering notable profits during the quarter ending June 2025, with a scale crossing Rs 2,100 crore in the same period (Q1 FY25). Delhivery’s operating revenue grew 4.6% to Rs 2,172 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 2,076 crore in Q4 FY24, according to the company’s unaudited consolidated quarterly report filed with the National Stock Exchange. Logistics services including (warehousing, last mile logistics, designing and deploying logistics management systems) were the primary sources of revenue for Delhivery. The Gurugram-based company added another Rs 110 crore from financial sources tallying the overall income to Rs 2,282 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 2,195 crore in Q4 FY24. For the logistics firm Delhivery, the cost of freight and handling formed 71% of its overall expenditure. To the tune of scale, this cost grew 4% to Rs 1,579 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 1,519 crore in Q4 FY24. The firm spending on employee benefits, advertising, finance, legal, and other expenditures took the overall expenditure to Rs 2,223 crore in Q1 FY25 compared to Rs 2257 crore in Q4 FY24. The continued growth in scale and reduction in total cost enabled Delhivery to turn black with Rs 52 crore in profits in Q1 FY24 as compared to Rs 68 crore loss in Q4 FY24. On a unit level, the firm spent Rs 1.02 to earn a rupee in Q1 FY25. Delhivery has also granted 1,66,122 employee stock options under its existing ESOP Plan 2012, tallying its total ESOP pool to 1.73 million, according to a different disclosure filed by Delhivery through NSE. Delhivery’s share price is currently at Rs 414.4 (as of August 2) and its total market capitalization stood at Rs 30,632 crore or $3.6 billion.

The company added Rs 24 crore from non-operating activities which tallied its overall revenue to Rs 619 crore in Q1 FY26. For the D2C brand, the cost of procurement of products accounted for 30% of the overall expenditure. This cost increased by 9% to Rs 171 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 157 crore in Q1 FY25. The company’s spending on employee benefits, marketing, legal, rent, and other overheads drove an 8% year-on-year rise in total expenditure to Rs 563 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 520 crore in Q1 FY25. The company reported a profit after tax of Rs 41.3 crore in Q1 FY26, 5% up from Rs 40.2 crore in Q1 FY25. On a unit basis, the company spent Re 0.95 to earn a Rupee of operating revenue with EBITDA of Rs 55 in Q1 FY26. This expense increased by 17% year-on-year, rising to Rs 126 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 108 crore in Q1 FY25. Employee benefit rose 40% to Rs 115 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 82 crore in Q1 FY25. Overall, Aye Finance's total costs grew 39% to Rs 375 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 269 crore in Q1 FY25. Due to expense outpacing revenue growth, profit decreased 50% to Rs 30.5 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 61 crore in Q1 FY25. The company reported a positive EBITDA of Rs 172 crore. Aye Finance received final approval from the market regulator for its public listing, following the submission of its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) in December. The forthcoming IPO will include a fresh issue of equity shares totaling Rs 885 crore, alongside an offer-for-sale (OFS) of Rs 565 crore. Investors such as LGT Capital, CapitalG LP, A91 Emerging Fund I LLP, and Alpha Wave Ventures are expected to participate in the OFS.

The company witnessed a 3.6% increase in gross revenue whereas its profit spiked 43% growth during the quarter ending June 2025. Infibeam Avenues’s gross revenue grew to Rs 753 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 727 crore in Q4 FY24, according to the company’s unaudited consolidated quarterly report filed with the National Stock Exchange. The payment business formed 93.6% of the total revenue which stood at Rs 705 crore in Q1 FY25 while the income from providing customized e-commerce solutions brought Rs 39.3 crore to its coffers. Infibeam claims to have over 10 million merchants, with an average daily addition of more than 2,550 merchants in Q1 FY25. At the end, its other operating and financial income pushed Infibeam Avenues’ overall revenue to Rs 781 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 743 crore in Q4 FY24. On the cost front, the operating expenses (including payment processing cost) formed 90% of the overall expenditure. This cost remained flat at Rs 634 crore in Q1 FY25. The firm’s spending on employee benefits, legal, and other overheads took its overall cost up by 3.5% to Rs 703 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 679 crore in Q4 FY24. The increase in other income and consistent growth in scale helped Infibeam to register a 42.9% spike in its profits to Rs 70 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 49 crore in Q4 FY24. On a unit level, The Ahmedabad-based company spent Rs 0.93 to earn rupee in Q1 FY25. The company also acquired a majority stake (54%) in Rediff.com. The acquired company will become a subsidiary of Infibeam Avenue. “With this synergy, we are poised to unlock new dimensions of growth, redefining the essence of cloud and fintech engagement,” said Vishal Mehta, Chairman and MD of Infibeam Avenues. Infibeam Avenue is currently trading at Rs 32.42 (as of 03.00 PM) and its total market capitalization stood at Rs 9,019 crore or $1.1 billion.

Policybazaar and Paisabazaar’s parent, PB Fintech, reported a 7.3% decline in its revenue during the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal (FY25) year. The firm, however, managed to keep its grip on the profit numbers in the same period as compared to the previous quarter (Q4 FY24). PB Fintech’s revenue slipped to Rs 1,010 crore in Q1 FY25 as compared to Rs 1,090 crore during the quarter ended March 2024, as per the company’s disclosure with the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Insurance broking formed 83.6% of the collections which decreased 7.5% to Rs 845 crore during Q1 FY25. The income from other operating activities, which include marketing, advertising, consulting, and support services, plunged 5.7% to Rs 165 crore in the same period. The firm earned Rs 100 crore from non-operating activities including financial income, tallying its overall revenue to Rs 1,111 crore in Q1 FY24. For PB Fintech, employee benefits cost remained the largest cost center forming 42% of the overall expenditure. This cost saw a mere increase of 3.4% QoQ to Rs 455 crore in the past quarter (Q1 FY25). The company’s spending on finance, advertising-promotion, network, internet, and other overheads pushed its total expenditure to Rs 1,081 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 1,114 crore in Q4 FY24. Despite the decline in scale, PB Fintech has managed to maintain steady profits, which stood at Rs 60 crore in Q1 FY25. On a unit level, the Gurugram-based firm spent Rs 1.07 to earn a rupee in Q1 FY25. PB Fintech ended the day (August 6) with a share price of Rs 1,425 and its total market capitalization was Rs 64,984 crore, or $7.2 billion.
