Gupshup claims to have served over 45,000 companies, including HDFC Bank and IndusInd Bank, across multiple regions. In FY23, the company reported an operating income of INR 1,618.5 Cr, a 43% increase from the previous fiscal year.

US-based asset management company Fidelity Investments has marked down the fair value of its stake in conversational messaging platform Gupshup by more than half, valuing the company at around $500 million. Fidelity's Emerging Markets Equity Central Fund, which acquired a stake worth $1.02 million in August 2021, reduced the value to $365,893 as of June 2024. This comes after Fidelity previously lowered Gupshup's valuation to $700 million in 2021. Gupshup, founded in 2004, offers cloud-based messaging services to businesses and serves over 45,000 brands globally.
